Behaviour at sea Voydar-derived
Patterns Voydar derived from this ship's AIS broadcasts. They are inferences, not reports: each one shows how it was computed and how confident we are, and none of them says why a ship behaved this way.
| When | What we observed | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| Oct 5, 2026, 00:52 UTC | Draught change Reported draught went from 16.2 m to 14.4 m while in port at Valencia. Voydar infers the ship probably discharged cargo. Method seadar.behaviour.draught_change v1 | Medium (65%) |

Derived from AIS positions of feeds whose terms allow display on Voydar. Coverage is terrestrial: gaps are reported only where our receivers kept hearing other ships. Detections below medium confidence are not shown.
About ESTELLE MAERSK
Estelle Mærsk is a container ship owned and run by the Maersk Line. She was, in 2009, the largest ever built by terms of gross tonnage. Estelle Mærsk has a capacity of 11,000 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU), including around 1,000 40-foot (12 m) reefer containers, though a maximum capacity of 13,500 TEU is claimed. She is identical to the seven other ships in the E class, the first built of which was Emma Maersk. The Estelle Mærsk is 1,302.5 feet (397.0 m) long and has a gross tonnage of 151,687. Her beam (width) is 183.7 feet (56.0 m). She is powered by a Wärtsilä diesel engine, assisted by a waste heat recovery system, that can produce between 80,000 and 90,000 kilowatts (110,000 and 120,000 hp) of power. A coat of environmentally safe silicone paint is used on the hull below the waterline, reducing drag and thus increasing speed and saving up to 1,200 tons of fuel per year.
