Sub-processors
Last updated: Oct 4, 2026
These are the service providers that process personal data on behalf of The Schoeller Group LLC to run Voydar. Each is bound by a contract (a data processing agreement or equivalent terms) that limits it to processing on our instructions, requires appropriate security, and provides safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. We give organisation customers at least 30 days' notice of a new sub-processor (see the DPA).
1. Current sub-processors
- Supabase (United States, US East): database, authentication and file storage.
- Vercel (United States and global edge network): hosting for voydar.com, the Terminal and admin; request logs; cookie-free page counts.
- Fly.io (United States): the live-position server and data-processing workers.
- PostHog (United States): product analytics, error tracking and, for signed-in users who haven't opted out, masked session recordings.
- Resend (United States): sending sign-in, alert and account emails.
- Stripe (United States): payments, subscriptions, invoices and the customer billing portal.
- Google (United States): "Continue with Google" sign-in, where you choose it.
- Expo (United States): delivering push notifications to the mobile app.
- Apple and Google (United States): mobile app distribution and in-app purchases, where used.
2. Other services browsers contact directly
These aren't our processors, but your browser contacts them when you use certain features, so they receive your IP address under their own policies: OpenFreeMap (map tiles), Wikimedia Commons (ship photos), and Google (the sign-in button script).
3. Changes
We update this page when we add or replace a sub-processor and change the "Last updated" date above.
