    コンテナ船WAN HAI 273衝突(岸壁施設)Report published Oct 30, 2014

    本船は、船長ほか23人が乗り組み、コンテナ約10,973tを積載し、船首約6.5m、船尾約8.3mの喫水により、タグボート1隻(約4,000馬力)を左舷船尾に取り、船長が操船指揮を執り、水先人に操船を委ね、三等航海士をレーダーに、甲板手を手動操舵にそれぞれ就け、博多港の東航路に入航して半速力前進とし、同港の香椎4号岸壁に向けて北東進した。 水先人は、香椎4号岸壁手前で機関、舵、タグボート及びバウスラスターを使用して徐々に岸壁に接近し、岸壁との距離が約20mの所において、船体が岸壁と平行状態から船首が左舷方からの強風により、岸壁側に向いたので、舵を左舵一杯とし、機関を後進にかけ、タグボートに引く用意から押す用意に変える連絡を行い、バウスラスターを左一杯にし、用意していた左舷錨を0.6節投下して態勢の立て直しを図ったが、態勢が直らず、平成25年4月21日10時31分ごろ本船の右舷船首ブルワーク
