    貨物船ASIAN INFINITYは、船長ほか16人(全員フィリピン共和国籍)が乗り組み、相馬港5号ふ頭で停泊中、貨物倉内の清掃作業を行っていた際、平成27年10月14日22時15分ごろ、三等航海士が、2番貨物倉の第2甲板から下部貨物倉に転落した。 三等航海士は、病院に搬送され、死亡が確認された。
