ばら積み貨物船EVER FELICITYは、宮城県石巻市石巻港の雲雀野北ふ頭において、荷役作業中、令和6年5月20日07時35分ごろ、陸上作業員2人が船倉内で意識を失って倒れ、病院に搬送されたが、1人が死亡し、1人が負傷した。

貨物船GENIUS STAR VII漁船弘丸衝突Report published Aug 30, 2013
A船は、船長Aほか18人が乗り組み、熱間圧延鋼板約7,500tを積載し、備讃瀬戸北航路を約11.5ノット(kn)の速力(対地速力、以下同じ。)で南西進中、平成24年9月4日15時27分ごろ、高見島北方沖において、A船の左舷船首部とB船の右舷船尾部とが衝突した。 B船は、船長Bほか1人が乗り組み、船長Bが、備讃瀬戸北航路を速力約0.3knで底引き網を引きながら、手動操舵によって西進中、船尾方3海里付近に備讃瀬戸北航路を南西進中のA船を初認し、A船が接近するまで時間があると思い、船首方を向いてえい網を続けた。 船長Bは、A船の位置を確認しようとしたところ、右舷船尾至近にA船を認めたが、どうすることもできず、A船とB船とが衝突した。 船長Bは、A船が停船しなかったので、海上保安部に衝突したことを通報した。
