民國113年6月7日約19:19時，一艘香港籍散貨船，船名為YUAN SHUN（源順輪），IMO編號9252058 ，總噸位16963，靠泊基隆港西24號碼頭期間，船艏觸碰西24號碼頭造成該船前尖艙船殼破裂進水及碼頭車檔與水下鋼板受損，本次事故未造成人員傷亡及環境污染。
