自動車専用船PRESTIGE ACEは、船長ほか22人が乗り組み、水先人の水先により京浜港横浜第5区にある自動車専用ふ頭に接近中、平成27年9月30日07時30分35秒ごろ同ふ頭の南端角に衝突した。 PRESTIGE ACEは、右舷中央部船首寄り外板に破口及び凹損等を生じ、岸壁上部構造物に損壊を生じたが、死傷者はいなかった。
