    SEA OF AZOV: On 8 April, at 2253 local time, the Malta-flagged general cargo ship APACHE was fired upon by Russian Navy and Coast Guard vessels while underway, after deviating from a convoy transiting from Taganrog Bay, eastern Sea of Azov, to the Kerch Strait. According to press reports, the vessel was in a convoy when she deviated her course towards Mariupol and was ordered by the Russian Navy to return to the convoy. After not complying, the Russian Navy and Coast Guard fired upon the vessel,
