    PHILIPPINES: On 10 May at 0520 local time, two robbers boarded a Portugal-flagged container ship anchored at Manila Anchorage, near position 14-35N 120-51E. The duty crew observed the robbers near the forecastle and raised the alarm. Following the raising of the alarm, the perpetrators escaped the vessel with ship’s property. A small boat was subsequently spotted on the ship’s radar departing the area toward shore. After the incident, the ship reported all crew were safe and informed the Manila

The perpetrators stole ship’s stores and then escaped. The alarm was raised, and fire hoses were activated while the crew conducted a search. The ship reported the incident to the vessel traffic management system Manila. The Philippines Coast Guard responded and carried out an inspection.

The duty crew noticed the robbers onboard and raised the alarm, after which they escaped with stolen ship’s properties. The ship alerted authorities and the coast guard responded.

The perpetrators boarded the vessel through the hawse pipe. The duty crew observed the robbers and raised the alarm. The robbers, noting the alerted crew, escaped with stolen ship’s properties. The ship informed authorities and a coast guard patrol boat was sent to the vicinity.

    PHILIPPINES: On 11 August at 0002 local time, eight perpetrators armed with guns boarded the Maltaflagged container ship CNC PLUTO anchored at Manila Anchorage, near position 14-35N 120-50E. They took a duty crewman hostage, tied him up, and stole his cell phone. The bridge sounded the alarm and the crew mustered. Seeing the alerted crew, the perpetrators fled the ship. The ship reported the incident to local authorities and the Philippine Coast Guard arrived and boarded the ship to investigate.

    PHILIPPINES: On 5 June at 2300 local time, robbers armed with knives boarded the anchored Liberia-flagged container ship MERKUR HORIZON at Manila Anchorage, near position 14-36N 120-50E. The master confirmed that the perpetrators had boarded unnoticed and stolen a welding machine, two spare fire nozzles and a spanner. All crew members were safe and the ship did not require any assistance.
