Duty crew noticed that the lashing straps on the forward life raft had been cut and that the raft was missing. The alarm was raised and a search was carried out. The incident was reported to port authorities through local agents.

Two robbers were spotted onboard, the alarm was raised, and the crew were mustered. The perpetrators escaped with stolen ship’s property and stores. The incident was reported to port authorities.

Deck watch on routine rounds spotted the robbers and notified the duty officer just before the robbers threatened him with a knife and stole his radio. Alarm raised, and crew mustered resulting in the robbers escaping with their accomplices in a waiting boat. Incident reported to port authorities. (IMB)
