PHILIPPINES: On 25 August, gunmen attacked the passenger boat MB PRINCESS AJ near Claveria town on the island province of Masbate, vicinity 12-49N 123-14E. The gunmen reportedly fired at the engine of the passenger boat, and instead hit three passengers, severely injuring one of them.
