    NETHERLANDS: On 20 March, a group of protesters onboard small boats met the Malta-flagged tanker WAIKIKI while on its way to the port of Rotterdam, near position 51-38N 003-59E. According to press reports, environmental activists were protesting against oil imports from Russia. The tanker was loaded with 100,000 tons of crude oil.
