THE SHIP WAS REPAINTED AND GIVEN THE NAME "WILPY." MOST OF THE 11,000 TONS OF KEROSENE WERE ALLEGEDLY TRANSFERED TO A CHINESE-REGISTERED VESSEL (NFI), ALSO BEEN TAKEN INTO CUSTODY FOR SMUGGLING IN CHINA'S WATERS. CHINA'S MARITIME POLICE REPORTEDLY HAVE ARRESTED 12 INDONESIANS NOT MEMBERS OF THE CREW ON CHARGES
