    BRAZIL: Yacht (NIRVANA 3) reported suspicious approach late 2007, probably Dec at 0600 near Abrolhos Islands, approximately 87NM from the coast, per 28 Jan 2008 reporting. A small fishing boat with four men on board reportedly chased the vessel. The vessel was traveling at a speed of 9 knots but due to rough weather the suspicious vessel eventually moved away. A call was made on chn. 16 for help (Operator, Noonsite.com).
